Perchfest is open to the public and free to attend, with a recommended donation to Miriam’s Kitchen. Guests are encouraged to register in advance and make a donation. Expect the same energy and vibe as previous Perchfest weekends with 15,000 attendees. Capital One Hall’s pop-up box office will be open and The Watermark Hotel’s Cherry Blossom Installation will be in full bloom for guests who missed the DC Cherry Blossoms.
