Welcome to our little oasis in the sky. Set atop Capital One Hall and connected to The Watermark Hotel, this serene village green is set 11 stories above the bustling street. Toast your colleagues and friends at Starr Hill Biergarten, play 18 holes of  mini golf at Perch Putt, enjoy the peacefulness of the Great Lawn, and dine on locally sourced street food from retro food trucks. Yes, we got the Greyhound bus up there by crane!

Capital One Hall is Northern Virginia’s hottest destination for the performing arts! As the cornerstone of the Capital One Center in Tysons, Virginia, the Hall has two theaters and 70,000+ square feet of meeting and event space.
